-catching up with people we hadn't seen in a while- Mike Nuss, Chad McClurg, state staff
-His artistry portrayed in the New Mexico sky... the clouds, the blue, the stars!!! (it captivated me when i worked there 11 years ago and captivated me again this month)
-kids "hiking"
-our short Santa Fe trip: jogging through the rain, 4 kids and 4 adults stuffed in a suburban eating fajitas, the journey for a pizza
-paddle boating as a family, then watching from afar Ben canoing with the kids
-the Cadillac Ranch experience... at least we can say we saw it
-safe travels
-seeing with new eyes the beauty of Texas when we drove back
-Cinderella with friends
